• Waitlist signups: Email address and source of signup.
• EPK Builder: Artist information you enter (name, bio, genre, links) — this data is processed client-side and only your email is stored when you download.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Service intake forms: Information you provide when ordering services (music details, biography notes, goals).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver services you have ordered.
• To send you updates about your order or project status.
• To send email communications if you have opted into our waitlist or mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store payment card data.
• Supabase: Secure database storage for contact submissions and waitlist emails. Data is stored in the United States.
• Vercel: Website hosting. Vercel may collect basic infrastructure logs (IP addresses, request metadata).

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. Vercel may set essential infrastructure cookies required for the website to function. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and waitlist signups are retained for a maximum of 3 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Service project files are retained for 1 year after project completion.

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from email communications at any time.
